About the Western AME Conference

The Western AME’s Conference will be held on March 4th and 5th with a reception on Tuesday, March 3 (7pm-9pm). This event returns with another edition of this historically great gathering of AMEs.

Attendee badges include breakfast and lunch on March 4 & 5, the MRO Sneak a Peek reception on March 3, and Happy Hour on March 4 (16:30–18:00). Attendees can enjoy complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages at two networking events. All AME Conference attendees also receive access to the MRO Halls (AMO Trade Show).

Student Day — Thursday March 5

SAIT and Buffalo AMT students are invited on March 5. Students and instructors may also tour the MRO Halls, join morning and afternoon sessions, and enjoy breakfast & lunch included in their student attendance fee.

About WAMEA

WAMEA is a non-profit organization promoting the AME profession through outreach, school visits, and community aviation events. The Western AME Conference and various youth outreach programs are supported by donors, sponsors, and attendees like you.

The Hangar Flight Museum and WAMEA have partnered to support workshops, classrooms, and the WAMEA Mobile Community Outreach Unit — a 36 ft government surplus command center donated by Air Tindi Ltd. The Mobile Unit will be present at the conference.
